Essentials - Day 1
We begin day one by discussing workout fundamentals, and what it means to live a healthy lifestyle.
Movements Covered: Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk
Essentials - Day 2
On day two, you and your coach will learn Three Fitness Standards.
Movements Covered: Wall Balls, Kettlebell Swings, Box Jumps, Rowing, Push Up (Hand Release and Basic), Sand Sit-ups.
Essentials - Day 3
Day three covers nutrition. At CFP Athletics, we believe that nutrition is FUNDAMENTAL to a healthy lifestyle.
Movements Covered: Dead Lift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Medicine Ball Clean, and Quick Overview of All Movements
Three, required 1-on-1 sessions with a CFP, Level 1 Certified Coach
