-Bike: Split as needed

-Wallballs: One partner throws, one catches (150 total)

-Burpee Pull-ups: Split as needed

-Double Unders: Per athlete but can break into sets

-Box Jumps: Split as needed

-Farmers Carry: per person, only one partner works at a time
